As an herbalist, I have centred my study and practice on the preventive and curative effects of medicinal foods. I hold the kitchen as a sacred, restorative space - a temple of nourishment.

I believe in the powerful effect of simple remedies - infusing and elevating dahl with anti-inflammatory turmeric, spiking pesto with mineral-rich nettle, introducing stress-relieving ashwagandha into a basic salad dressing.

My intention is to circulate a greater awareness and sensibility of the subtle but profound action of medicinal plants; embodying, preserving, and sharing the harmonising essence of the natural world.
